It’s my garage, and I’m the boss of it. 
I use a 1957 industrial lathe which has been bodged to allow single phase electricity to make it spin and a set of chisels left to me by my grandfather.
I source sustainable hardwoods locally from foraging and from father afield using the internet. This means I have a range of UK hardwoods like Yew, Oak, Ash and Laburnum to hand, as well as more exotic woods like Rosinga and African Blackwood.
I have started to up-cycle metal items and have added tea-rings (keyrings from teaspoons) and piston clocks (timepieces from engine internals) to my range of products.
